What we collect

StitchFlow processes account details, business information, client contact details, garment orders, payments, appointments, messages, measurements, fit feedback and photographs where separate consent has been recorded.

Why we use it

We use information to provide the service, authenticate accounts, process subscriptions, communicate order progress, improve garment fit, prevent fraud, provide support and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

Designer and client responsibilities

Designers must obtain clear permission before entering a client’s measurements or photographs. Measurement consent is required; photograph consent is optional and can be withdrawn. Designers act as the primary business responsible for client records they create.

Sharing and safeguards

Information may be processed by hosting, email, monitoring and payment providers only as needed to operate StitchFlow. Paystack processes payment details; StitchFlow does not store full card information. Access controls, HTTPS, expiring tokens and audit notifications protect accounts.

Your choices

You can export or delete your account in Account & Privacy. You may also request correction, restriction or help through support. Some financial records may be retained where law requires.
